What the Compliance Brief covers

Each month, the Brief covers regulatory developments from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, SEBI, RBI and the Stock Exchanges. For each update, it sets out what has changed, whom it applies to, the timelines, and the practical steps for boards, company secretaries and compliance teams. The August 2026 edition covered eighteen such updates along with many significant pronouncements.

From the September 2026 edition, the Brief will also include a new section, "Noteworthy Regulation 30 Disclosures by Listed Entities". It will cover selected disclosures made by listed entities under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, with observations on the approach taken and the points they raise for other listed entities.
